Abstract

Item Reports offer libraries new insights into article use but are underutilized. We will discuss uses of COUNTER IR_A1 reports and share data from three institutions. We will discuss analyzing the timing of article use to make subscription decisions and using duplicated article use to understand journal value and impact.
