Abstract
In 2020, NISO published a new version of its Open Discovery Initiative (ODI) Recommended Practice. It includes best practices for libraries to better configure their systems, plan upgrades and tool changes, train staff and patrons, and communicate with relevant parties. This panel will explain steps for libraries to adopt the best practices.
