Abstract
Introducing mediated one-year streaming video licenses produced a perceived need to provide courtesy notices to faculty requesters as expiration dates approached. An E-Resources Librarian investigated whether Microsoft Mail Merge or Sierra ERM tickler technologies could be easily implemented to streamline their local Kanopy notification workflow while maintaining personalized customer service.
