Abstract

Libraries need better data to help decide whether to recruit people from outisde, train people up from within, or collaborate as a consortia.  This presentation will discuss Skilltype's approach to assessing current library skill needs, identifying skill gaps, and surveying available training and people to begin closing skill gaps.
