Conference Track
3. Organizational Strategies
Abstract
This presentation presents reflections of an early career eResource Librarian on inheriting memory-based acquisitions knowledge and developing a documentation system to reflect a holistic understanding of collection development and metadata decisions at the University of Toronto. The discussion draws on prior meaningful experience and mentorship for student library employees and the impact this has on preparedness for managing electronic resources.
