Abstract
In 2020, NC LIVE, a consortium with 205 member libraries, turned Salesforce into a tool for managing its e-resources and EZproxy infrastructure. This presentation will describe how NC LIVE built Salesforce into an authoritative, user-friendly, non-technical interface for managing e-resource and EZproxy information spread across multiple platforms and libraries.
