Abstract
Responding to a budget reduction in FY2020-21, broad historical usage data was utilized in subscription decision-making. Experimentation to condense multiple years of usage data per resource into a single datapoint also occurred using a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) equation. Calculation of these CAGRs and initial results will be discussed.
