Abstract
This presentation will describe SUNY Optometry's ongoing, iterative project of analyzing Alma's Primo Zero Result Searches Report to identify the most common causes of the Zero Result Searces and address them by updating their Library Instruction sessions, Library How-Tos, and the Discovery Interface itself.
