Abstract

UH Libraries will share how we developed an institutional title list as part of TLCUA-Elsevier negotiations, including the criteria, thresholds, and holistic, "tip-to-tail" analysis strategies used to determine a tailored title list that balance cost savings and support for institutional research priorities and how we communicated the rationale to campus.
