Abstract
With ‘Click Agreements’, publishers set up online form agreements, including Terms & Conditions, and privacy policies, which users must assent to by clicking an icon/button. There is much to be gained by examing ‘click agreements’ using ‘process improvement’ to identify, analyze and improve outcomes while assuring input from those impacted.
