Abstract
As facilitators of the peer review and publishing processes, scholarly publishers have a critical role in advancing a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and respectful research ecosystem. This presentation highlights how the American Chemical Society and ACS Publications are addressing systemic biases, inviting and elevating diverse perspectives, and creating a more inclusive environment in the sciences.
