Session Abstract
The academic library has embraced digital transformation, but has it embraced mobile transformation? In recent interviews we conducted with student patrons at institutions using the Ex Libris Library Mobile app, a recurring theme is that that app introduced them to services that they never knew existed in the library – but were excited to discover. In this session, we will discuss mobile trends driving patron digital expectations, and highlight some of they ways that Library Mobile can help you meet and exceed these expectations.
