This presentation summarizes the preparation, implementation, and ongoing assessment of training Library Assistants within an Electronic Resources Acquisitions Unit for migration from Millennium iii system to Alma/Primo VE using learning theories and instructional models adapted from Information Literacy Instruction (2nd ed.) by Grassian and Kaplowitz.
