Using Rapido tiles for local digitisation requests : maximising benefits of Rapido
Session Abstract
In July 2021, Bond University implemented Rapido for resource sharing. In February 2022, we transitioned from Alma digitisation requesting to Rapido tiles with the new ‘fill locally’ functionality. The main driver was a consistent requesting experience for Primo users, but there were other benefits realised. Presenters will share why this decision was made and outline the configuration changes made to support it and demonstrate how this has impacted services through some analytics reporting. This presentation is a practical perspective of consolidating all digitisation requests using Rapido tiles in Primo VE.
