Session Abstract

Thanks to the “Go VE” process, library networks on Alma and Primo BO with a Network Zone can autonomously migrate to Primo VE since March 2021. The Renouvaud network groups 140 academic, cultural and school libraries into two Institution Zones and a Network Zone. In February 2021, we opted for Primo VE with a deadline of 3-4 months to complete the migration. One year after going live, we would like to share our experience with the Go VE process and the challenges we met during the migration. We will also talk about the BO features that we could or could not reproduce on VE, and give some useful tips to other institutions that intend to go VE.
