IGeLU 2022 Hybrid Conference and Developers' Day 12 -15th September, 2022

Technology allows us to keep in touch and connect in new ways. One of the things it brought to Ex Libris (and ProQuest, and Clarivate…) are global employee networks: employees not just getting to know each other, but working together to help and support each other, improve our lives and workplace. Our Women Network works to make our company better for all women, whether by pushing for working conditions improvements, introducing women in leadership roles, setting up networking opportunities such as movie and book clubs, volunteering with women organizations outside our company or holding conversations on issues that matter to our lives, our work and our community. You are welcome to hear a little about what we've been doing to make a difference, and possibly suggest new ideas - we are always happy to learn from our community of knowledge!
