
The recent pandemic created a unique opportunity for many organizations to re-think their strategies for day-to-day operations. Like many other institutions, we faced budget cuts; however, we used this situation to germinate ideas and solutions that were fiscally lean while still providing a rich customer experience. Ideas for projects generated during that time ignited innovation across the entire organization.
