The term "library new normal", usually refers to new technologies, online content and services, new library environments, more digital human resources. These changes can't be achieved, without human cooperation: between libraries, with their patrons, vendors, communities. My case study is the Isreali College Consortium (ICC), which contains diverse types of libraries from all over the country, who founded a voluntary consortium in 2004 to purchase together a better LMS and continue to work together up to this day. This cooperation helped us overcome a challenge like moving to Aleph in a unique model: SAS (Software as a System), implementing Alma and Primo, and, of course, the pandemic. In my presentation, I show the problems we face, how we cooperate daily, as well as on those special projects. I suggest how we can continue to face new challenges and technologies, and to deepen our cooperation with our national user group (MELI) and the international users group (IGeLU).
