Abstract
Grief and loss is a universal, but individualized experience. For K-12 students, it can come with a flood of emotions that they need support processing. This presentation is geared toward school counselors who want more insight into recognizing different types of grief and loss, learning the signs and symptoms, ways that school counselors can support students navigate their grief, and will provide activities and resources to help school counselors in that process.
