“It’s worse than it’s ever been.”  Anxiety, stressors, and limited protective factors have created an almost overwhelming challenge.  Counselors need to be meaningful, efficient, and effective. This session presents a classroom core, 3+session approach delivered to students this past year and redesigned for a small group. The purpose was to give practical, research-based strategies that could be used immediately to start the process. Participants will gain the tools to deliver this in their school settings.
