Does the thought of running a small group make you anxious? Are you struggling to find the time, energy, and participants for small groups? Are your “Yalom” skills a bit rusty? Don't fret! This session is designed to address the glows and grows of running small groups at the K-12 level. We will guide you through confident collaboration with stakeholders and arm you with creative tips and tricks to work smarter not harder.
