Abstract
School counselors, like all educators, are charged with making continuous quality improvement for the benefit of the students they serve. An effective way to meet this charge is for counseling teams to collectively engage in recurring cycles of data inquiry and analysis. Talk Data to Me provides counselors with a blueprint for creating a data team that uses collaboration and strategic thinking to benefit students.
