Come learn about our approach using Restorative Circles to address implicit bias with faculty and staff! We will provide steps on how you can begin the courageous conversation and lead teachers through reflective activities to learn about themselves and how their experiences impact relationships with students. School counselors have ethical and professional responsibilities to address racial equity and social justice. Leave this session with ways you can begin interrupting the system to influence systemic change.
