Abstract
New laws limit how schools provide culturally relevant pedagogy. It's the educator’s responsibility to practice equitable systems making it possible for all students to receive quality eduation. GSCA and ASCA provide frameworks that promote cultural diversity and encourage counselors to use their voices as advocates for equitable and inclusive schools by providing culturally responsive counseling. This session explores how counselors can navigate the murky waters of Anti-CRT legislation yet continue delivering culturally relevant program.
