District Supervisors are constrantly trying to find ways to empower their school counselors. However, we are also tasked with many other roles, duties, and situations that can pull our time and focus away from our school counselors. This session will focus on how District Supervisors can elevate their practices and engage their immediate to emport the school counselors in their district. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to leverage their resources and implement practices that will help their school counselors to feel empowered to implement a comprehensive model program.
