Abstract
A Student Voice & Action group is designed to provide students with a sense of agency by using their voice to facilitate change in the school community. Acting as problem solvers, decision-makers, and leaders, students explored several SEL competencies, advocated for solutions to educational inequity, and presented actionable steps for their school administration. Elevating student voice is an essential component of a successful school-based well-being and behavioral health initiative.
