Session Abstract

The 9 Welsh higher education libraries, the National Library of Wales and the Welsh NHS Libraries, share Alma and Primo but have never implemented a network zone. We’ll share how we make the most of the functionality available to all customers, to collaborate, seek improvements and develop services. Over recent years this has included developing a resource sharing network, WHELF+, creating shared analytics in Power BI, and collaborating on metadata and workflow improvements. We’ll also talk about our plans for building on this work in the future with work on UX and collection management.
