Like most consortia, The City University of New York implemented Alma/Primo VE with a collaborative Network Zone. However, after 2 years with Alma/Primo VE, the systems librarians at CUNY wonder whether the 22 IZs + 1 NZ topology was right for their centralized system. In this session, learn about CUNY's experience with a Network Zone, discuss alternative options, and consider which topology will best suit your consortium's needs.
At the end of this session, participants will be armed with information to help them decide whether an Alma NZ is right for their institution.
Participants will have an opportunity to have their Alma/Primo VE NZ questions answered by practictioners with a Network Zone.
