Session Abstract
The University of Toronto Libraries has been on Alma and Primo VE since early 2021. Our popular AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions were initially started by our migration training team as a feedback mechanism for our remote training, but they’ve outlasted the migration and grown into something new and useful. Come hear how these regular sessions helped us not just teach the LSP (Library Services Platform) but also learn about and even change the culture of how we work together in our large and diverse library system.
