
Electronic resources are managed across several units, often involving multiple moving parts that all depend on each other. In an effort to streamline and increase effective collaboration in our approach to handling the electronic resources acquisitions lifecycle, George Mason University Libraries is adapting the E-Resource Activation Task List to help manage this complex workflow. In addition, by utlizing various statuses and the ability to export this list, these units can more broadly share their process and workflow with selectors and subject librarians, increasing communication across divisions.
