How Alma Work Orders Support the Accessible Content E-Portal
Session Abstract
The Accessible Content E-Portal (ACE) is a consortial service that supports users with print disabilities at participating universities and colleges across Ontario, Canada by providing access to library books in accessible formats. Hear how Alma's work order functionality has been deployed in support of ACE to make books from across the University of Toronto Libraries system readily available for accessible format digitization on behalf of the province. You'll also hear of our strategy for converting a range of internal processes to work orders more broadly, as part of the University of Toronto Libraries' recent migration to Alma.
