Increasing Product Knowledge and Adoption with Skilltype
Session Abstract
The learning curve for newly implemented products can be steep, along with keeping up with new features that impact our workflow. While access to training from vendors and peer libraries has increased in recent years, identifying the right training at the right time across disparate sources has become more difficult. In this presentation, Tony Zanders from Skilltype will demonstrate how library employees can keep up with the relevant product updates and best practices from the community in less time using Skilltype. The presentation will also cover how Skilltype enables Ex Libris users to identify experts within their organization, consortium, or user group, to help troubleshoot or collaborate on a task.
