Our Pandemic Project: Implementing a Complex Rapido Configuration
Session Abstract
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is one of the busiest resource-sharing and interlibrary loan institutions in the country, serving the needs of over 40,000 students and researchers. In 2019, UW-Madison became a Rapido development partner to explore Rapido as a next-generation discovery-to-delivery system. In this session, presenters will review our custom API discovery interface and the philosophy behind its structure, our resource-sharing system architecture and its interaction with various consortial partners, and Rapido’s impact on our staff and users.
