Session Abstract
Usability testing for continuous improvement: An ongoing project inspired by instructional design. Librarians at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay are conducting regular usability testing to evaluate and improve their discovery system, with a focus on meaningful participant prompts inspired by a backward design model. Learn how they developed a process that is easily repeatable and produces actionable results.
