Session Abstract
Create the proactive library that engages the entire community and doesn’t just react to the users that walk in the door. From discovery to action, anticipate users’ needs and respond when needed, not when asked, with personalised content and information. In this session, we’ll share our vision for how we think a proactive and personalised experience for all users from students to library staff will make a difference for the future of libraries.
