Session Abstract

Exeter University Library goes live with Alma, Primo VE, Rialto and Rapido in summer 2023. Join Eleanor and Andrew, LMS Trainer and LMS Administrator, to get a hot off the press insight into every Librarian's favourite massive change project! We will discuss how we have approached testing and developing new processes and workflows, as well as efforts to keep the Library Team involved and engaged throughout the project. The challenge and the opportunity lie in the gulf of functionality between Millennium and Encore, adopted in 1999, and the Ex Libris products we are transitioning to. The Team will be forced to think outside the box and completely renew their existing working practices, and we can't wait to let you know how it goes!
