Abstract
School counselors are often the “construction workers” in their buildings as they repair, build, and provide tools for students. One important role school counselors play is building students' self-esteem. In this session participants will learn how to conduct a self-esteem small group using activities, such as role-playing, self-reflection, and goal-setting. Participants will leave motivated with tools that can help students develop a positive self-image and confidence to tackle challenges and pursue their goals.
