Abstract

Learn about how trauma affects the brain, attachment, and overall child development. This session dives into the various impacts of childhood trauma, including the impact on emotional development, social adjustment, classroom behaviors, and family dynamics. You will leave this session with ideas of how you as a school counselor can make a positive difference in the lives of your students, staff, and the overall culture of your school.
