Abstract

Did you know that 80% of Restorative Justice in education is preventative? Restorative Justice is much more than just formal circles. Relationship building is the foundation of a successful restorative framework. From affective language to formal conferencing, in this session we will take a look at Tier I and Tier II tips and tools to engage, communicate, and build relationships with students. This session is for counselors of students at all grade levels.
