Abstract

Clinical supervision plays a vital role in the professional development of counselors, but school counselors have little access to quality supervision after they graduate from master's program. This program will highlight the benefits of receiving supervision on job performance, confidence, and burnout, and provide a peer supervision model that is effective and free. Participants will hear from school counselors who utilized the model, and will leave able to start their own peer supervision.
