Abstract
The ultimate goal of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is to help increase resilience in individuals through changing behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal patterns that cause problems in their daily life. In this session you will learn the basic skills of implementing DBT into your day-to-day routine as a professional school counselor through an engaging, hands on approach!
