The stats are alarming, and our experiences agree. Students need support with reducing anxiety, increasing happiness, and learning how to flourish. This program explores an intervention done several times this past year and summer using the Yale Science of Well-being course. Students increased in well-being based on pre/post measures. We’ll discuss formats (lessons, group, virtual) and practical strategies. It is free, flexible and the most meaningful thing I have been able to do in while.
