Abstract

While Counselors and Administrators work side-by-side within a school to support students, they do so in many different ways. Often, both find that the other group just doesn't understand where they are coming from when decisions are made that impact students. This presentation will address understanding these different roles, and finding the best practices for working together as a team to better support students.
