Abstract
This presentation describes how a small, centralized team of eresource management staff at University of Toronto Libraries managed transition after significant staffing changes. By scaling eresource competencies, eresource management transitioned to a decentralized model and increased efficiency in workflows. Presenters reflect on documentation, communication, and next steps for moving forward.
