Abstract

>For ER Librarians, migrations are a necessary evil. Migrations are often long and require involving many different communities for training or informational purposes. Examples of migrations include authentication tools, ILS, ERMS, and discovery. This talk discusses two librarians' collaboration amidst these changes, emphasizing adaptability, time management, and consortium-related challenges.
