Abstract

Demonstrating return on investment is a constant struggle for librarians. This presentation will demonstrate how to collect relevant statistics, the importance of creating pertinent quantitative thresholds for factors such as overlap and cost per use, and presenting data in a way that is understandable for those with decision making abilities.
