Abstract

Creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures is central to the strategic plans of many College and Department units at higher education institutions, including NC State. What can we learn from analyzing these plans considering equitable practices in collections and scholarly communication? The presenters will explore potential connections between the two.
