Abstract

This presentation will explore automating the "tagging" of broken link tickets within LibAnswers. Starting with a Python script that identifies the tickets by relevant keywords and moving to an exploration of the potential application of machine learning, the goal is to save time and ensure accuracy of ticket tagging.
