In response to disorganized yearly invoice tasks in our academic library, we introduced an electronic resource workflow. This centralized approach, using task decomposition, pinpointed efficiency areas and led to a structured ClickUp table, later refined on Excel. Historical data provided usage insights, and a detailed key streamlined a 7-step invoice process, ensuring precise record-keeping.
