Abstract
The University of Minnesota Libraries regularly collaborates with campus IT to conduct usability evaluations of the Libraries website and discovery layer (Primo). This presentation will discuss how these usability projects are managed, including scenario development, and compare results from two recent evaluations of Primo, conducted in 2020 and 2023.
